From our archives at Yi Ren Press, we have found a couple of wonderful DVDs to offer to our community. These were both made back in 2013 and have not been offered for sale before at any time. They feature Dr. Sun practicing solo.
Foundation Exercises, Yi Ren Medical Qigong for Health-Specific Conditions, offers a practice set which would largely be familiar to consistent practitioners; For those of you who may not have been maintaining a regular practice schedule of Levels 1-3 exercises, we suggest purchasing the Foundation Exercise DVD first to level up your practice, practicing with this DVD will create the necessary leveling up for those who want to practice the other DVDs we are offering ─ “Cancer-Free Program Daily Summary Practice, Yi Ren Medical Qigong as an Adjunct Therapy for Preventing Cancer” as well as “Type 2 Diabetes Free Program DVD.”

Type 2 Diabetes-Free DVD
Type 2 Diabetes-Free Program DVD. The protocols included in this DVD were developed by Dr. Sun specifically for a National Institute of Health pilot study Dr. Sun conducted at Bastyr University. The pilot study demonstrated the remarkable effectiveness of Yi Ren Qigong in addressing Type 2 Diabetes in contrast to a placebo group and to a group engaged in resistance training with weights.

The Cancer-Free DVD
The Cancer-Free DVD is 49 min., has no narration, has a very beautiful selection of music, and is extremely serene both in terms of the music and practice set.

Yi Ren Medical Qigong for Strengthening the Immunity
Yi Ren Qigong for Strengthening the Immunity. This is a really lovely video of Dr. Sun which was shot professionally at the Bothell Center in 2020. The quality of the video is very good, the practice sets flow beautifully, and the narration is unobtrusive but clearly detailed, and helpful. The video is of Dr. Sun practicing solo; in his masterful zone of Authentic Qi, he leads the viewer through a sequence of exercises, most of which are new, against a backdrop of low-key gentle music. Very soothing, and yet vital video of Dr. Sun, that creates a joyous feeling. 35 minutes. $35
